An mpadded element renders the same as its
content, but with its overall size modified according to its attributes. The
mpadded element does not rescale (stretch or
shrink) its content; its only effect is to modify the apparent size
and position of the "bounding box" around its content, so as to
affect the relative position of the content with respect to the
surrounding elements. The name of the element reflects the use of
mpadded to effectively add "padding", or extra
space, around its content.
The mpadded element accepts any number of
arguments;
